Symphony Purple Orchid Earrings

I didn't use to like girly things much. It's slowly shifting — mostly because I let it.

These earrings come out of that shift: soft violet-pink orchid blooms, hand-painted one tiny brushstroke at a time, with a shimmer that only shows itself under real light — powder called Symphony Purple was my choice for this pair.

No two blooms match, even pair to pair off the same mold — the same way no two flowers on one real orchid plant look quite alike either.

These take longer than they look like they should — cast, painted by hand in tiny layers, then a small hook worked into the back and sealed shut for good.

You're not buying an orchid. You're letting the girl in you shine a little, in symphony purple.
