At This is Not a Toy, every item is handmade with care. We want you to be happy with your purchase, and we will do our best to resolve any issues fairly and promptly.

Returns

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused and in its original condition.

• The item must be returned in its original packaging where possible.

• Proof of purchase must be provided.

To initiate a return, please contact us before sending any items back.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Custom or personalized orders.

• Made-to-order items created specifically for a customer.

• Gift cards (if applicable).

Return Shipping Costs

Unless the item is defective or incorrect, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order upon arrival.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photographs of the issue. We will review the situation and arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund where appropriate.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, you will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.

If you would like to request an exchange, please contact us with details and photographs if applicable.

Handmade Item Disclaimer

Because all products are handmade, slight differences in size, shape, color, texture, and appearance are natural and are not considered defects. These variations are part of the unique character of handmade work.
