Processing Time

All orders are carefully prepared and packed before shipment. Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days after payment is received.

Please note that processing times may be slightly longer during holidays, busy periods, or when items are made to order.

Shipping

Orders are shipped via Pošta Slovenije.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Slovenia: 1–3 business days after dispatch

  • European Union: 3–10 business days after dispatch

  • International destinations: 7–21 business days after dispatch

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to customs processing, local postal services, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and the size/weight of the order.

Any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Tracking

Tracking information will be provided when available. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking details.

Incorrect Address Information

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to update the address before the order is dispatched.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

Once a parcel has been handed over to Pošta Slovenije, delivery is managed by the postal service. While we will assist in resolving any issues, we cannot guarantee delivery times and are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.

If your parcel appears lost, please contact us and we will work with Pošta Slovenije to investigate the issue.
